Welcome to the 2021 Bash, we are excited to have everyone gathering for this great event. There are 2 NEW things this year to talk about.
  1. Presentation by MetroStudy - Danielle Leach will cover:
    • How does today’s frenzy in home building compare to the euphoria felt ahead of the Great Recession?
    • What’s giving the edge to new home building?
    • Where are we at with new home supply?
    • What’s going on with home prices?
    • Why is it imperative we tackle the entry-level buyer?
    • How has technology used by homebuilders been impacted by the pandemic?
    • Why is lot development so crucial?
    • How has the pandemic changed the home buying consumer?
    • What’s ahead?
  2. IMPACT TEAMS:  At 10 am we will be have all the impact teams meet, so if you are currently on an Impact Team or if you ever wanted to attend now is the time.  You will need to make a reservation by clicking on the link below. If you then wish to also make a reservation for the Bash you can select that in the same box. Just enter the email we have on file for you and click "find me".
  3. ALSO NEW: We will be hosting a Complimentary Beer & Wine cocktail reception at 6 pm to 7 pm sponsored by Teachers Credit Union.  BUILDERS if you stay for this reception you can be entered at a chance to win $1500 CASH.
